Larry Schad, owner and founder of Schad Co, started over twenty years ago as a part-time operation. Over the years, as Larry began seeing the true potential in how much his services were needed and benefiting railroads, private property owner’s, and other agencies, he pursued expanding his contracting services through the Northwest regions. Larry has heard firsthand how his contracting services has saved an enormous amount of money and time with affordable and quick project completions and addressing last minute property damage due to derailments or storm damage.
